Instructions for Use
Take a few drops at a time, up to 1 dropper full. I wouldn't suggest taking more than 3 dropper full’s in a day — it really doesn’t take much to benefit. Less is more. I recommend adding it to a glass of water, this way you are working exclusively with the plant energy while it is amplified in water. As you want to create a relationship with the plants, you can even incorporate a journal/diary practice to note how each tincture affects you as you work with it. You can work with each mix for as long as you want, ideally a full day to a week or a month. In the beginning, it is best to work with one new tincture at a time before trying another so that you can more easily pick up on the unique effects and energetics of each plant.
This is not like taking vitamins, moving on with your day, and forgetting about it. It is meant to be used as an intentional practice. Set aside a few minutes to connect with the bottle before ingesting it. The more you work with these materials/energies, the more intuitive you will become about how much to take and when.
